The Chinese Paraglider survived by accident to move 8,500m (27.800ft) to the sky above northwestern China, State Media Report.
Peng Iujiang, 55, tested new equipment to 3,000 million above sea level, via Kiliana mountains, when it is a rare use or air current as a “cloud of sucking” pulled about 5,000 m more in the cloud.
On Saturday, they were recorded on the camera mounted on Mr. Penga’s speedboat and the recordings went viral after being placed on Doui’s, the Chinese version of tunt.
Mr. Peng showed at the control of the speedboats, and his face and most of his body covered with ice crystals.
“It was frightening … everything was white. I wouldn’t know which way I wouldn’t go through. I thought I was spinning, but in reality I was spinning, I said I was a district.”
Mr. Peng Survived the deaths while the oxygen levels are thin at that altitude, which is slightly lower than 8,849m of the Everest mountain top. Temperatures can also decay on -40c.

Mr. Peng, who is paragliding for four and a half years, he may have lost consciousness during his descent, adding that the most fearful part of his temptation was trying to regain control of sailboats while he regained the sailboat control.
Chinese authorities are investigating the incident, and Peng was suspended for six months, because the flight was unauthorized, the global time was stated.
