North Korea has arrived three shipyard officials during the accident during the launch of a new war ship on Wednesday, the state media reported.
Parts of the DNA destroyer of 5,000 tons were collapsed during launch ceremony, rollover ships from balance.
Investigation of the incident, which is the leader of North Korea Kim Jong UN described as a “criminal offense”, is in progress.
The official news agency in Northern Korea, identified those detained as a chief engineer of shipyard in North Chongjin where the destroyer was built, as well as the main head and administrative manager.
The report said the three were “responsible for the accident”.
On Friday, KCNA said that the shipyard manager, Hong Kil Ho, called the Law terms.
Satellite images showed that the container lies on its side covered with a large blue tarp, and it seems to be part of the plane on the land.
North Korea’s state media did not mention any victims or injuries at the time, diminishing damage.
KCNA reported that there were no holes at the bottom of the ship – contrary to the initial reports.
“The hull of the hull is scratched and a certain amount of seawater flowed in the stern,” said the Agency.
Kim said that the accident was caused by “absolute negligence, irresponsible and unsurposeful empirical”.
He added that those who made “irresponsible mistakes” to be solved next month to a plenary meeting.
It is not clear that the sentence can face, but the authoritarian state has a major record of human rights.
It is unusual that North Korea publicly discovers local accidents – although it made it so many times in the past.
This special accident comes to weeks after North Korea discovered a similar destroyer of 5,000 tons, Choe Hyon.
Kim called that warship “Breakthrough” in modernizing Northern Korea Navy and said he would be deployed at the beginning of next year.
