Outside the Capitol, some of the protesters carried black wooden coffins that read, “178,000 people in Florida will lose Medicaid”, “this coffin is a policy murder” and “574,000 people in Florida will lose fire”.
Other coffins had signs that represent similar numbers, but in states such as Western Virginia, Illinois and Kentucky.
